A Hindu freespirited boy Prem Ranbir Kapoor falls in love with a Christian girl Jenny Katrina Kaif, but she is in search of her college sweetheart, Rahul Upen Patel. Prem goes to great lengths to reunite the two of them, even swallowing the insults hurled at him by Rahul’s family. Finally, Jenny and Rahul decide to get married. Two days before the wedding, however, Jenny gets kidnapped. Prem, with his family and friends, rescue her and allow Rahul to take the credit for it. Rahul and his father, who’s running for the elections, tell the media that they’re the ones who helped in capturing the notorious criminal. On the day of the wedding, Jenny finds out the truth about Rahuls selfishness and decides to escape her own wedding.
