Mad max has made a gadget which can increase temperature so much that it can make a dead volcano alive. He puts this gadget under a volcano behind Fursat ganj.If this volcano becomes alive Fursat ganj will be finished but as the volcano starts erupting ,emitting smoke and showers of small stone , Vir goes as Robo boy and finds out about gadget under volcano. Vir digs in the wall of Volcano, goes inside in spite of so much smoke and danger n side.Digs earth to take out gadget but Mad max is not happy and he sents one of his robot and Timbaktoon.vir has to fight this robot and keep drilling also as to reach that machine. Imli Chulbul are also there but they are locked outside volcano as the entrance is closed. Lots of smoke is coming out continuously and showers of stones are coming out of it, falling on Fursat ganj. People are running for cover, there is a total chaos in Fursat ganj and Mad max is enjoying Dada ji is monitoring situation from his lab and keeps warning Vir hurry up temperature is increasing and volcano can blast any moment. Finally Vir manages to defeat the robot ,Timbaktoon and destroys the machine of Mad max. Volcano becomes normal and fursat ganj is saved
