Vir ‘s school is being closed as the land owner has sold this land to a builder and who wants to make a five star hotel in that land ,Students and teacher are worried and plead principal but he is arrogant and sys the decision has been taken Vir imli Gintu plan to scare the builder so he runs away leaving school as it is and they do different pranks as ghost to scare builder away ,Vir goes in and out of a wall and tells him he is the Ghost of school but builder is not scared ,he says wow great trick ,teach me how do you do it ,like wise Gintu also does many things like becoming anaconda and tells him he is ghost but builder says I like your tricks and I wont be scared ,he even holds anaconda close to him and clicks a snap also ,he is shouting and calling his wife and daughter to show the anaconda . Finally Vir plans and becomes principal with magic of Gintu ,Vir meets builder as principal ,here Vir comes to know this principal is imposter and the real one is in builders den He was not signing papers to sell the land so they captured him and sent an imposter with mask Now Vir rescues real principal and builder is exposed
